In this central position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing building projects from start to finish, ensuring that site work runs smoothly, safely, and strictly according to plan. /p pAs a Construction Site Foreman, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day on-site operations. You will act as the key link between project leadership, workforce, and external partners, ensuring that every phase of construction meets high standards of execution and safety in Palma. /p h3Your main responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liCoordinating, supervising, and controlling all active work on the building site. /li liDirecting site resources, tools, and material workflows efficiently. /li liSupervising sub-contractors and coordinating their activities with internal operations. /li liMonitoring work quality, progress, and strict adherence to project timelines. /li liMaintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with preventive measures on site.
