About the Role

As an assistant front office manager at ROBINSON, you will be the first welcoming impression that guests receive at our club resort. You support the front office manager, direct the reception team, and ensure smooth operation of the front office in their absence.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate arrivals and departures.
- Check guests in and out.
- Ensure optimal capacity utilization.
- Manage direct bookings.
- Serve as the first contact for guests and provide support to the team.

Qualifications
- Experience in reception in upscale hospitality.
- Ideally prior management experience.
- Knowledge of Protel (desired).




- Fluency in the respective country’s language.
