Department: Property. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liArchitectural concept and design development: support creation of architectural concepts during Stages 1–3, assist in feasibility studies, site analysis, master planning, and massing studies; contribute to hospitality planning strategies for guestrooms, public spaces, wellness, FB, and back‑of‑house areas. /li liResearch benchmarking: research hospitality trends, architectural innovations, luxury benchmarks, and emerging design approaches; analyse competitor projects and international references to support product differentiation and sustainability initiatives. /li liDesign documentation presentation: prepare concept presentations, layouts, diagrams, sketches, and visual architectural documentation; support internal and external presentations to leadership teams and stakeholders; ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards and product strategy. /li liCross‑functional collaboration: coordinate closely with Interior Design, Delivery, Sales,
