You’ll guide new dental practices through engaging training sessions—both virtual and in‑person—to build confidence and excitement around digital dentistry. Beyond initial onboarding, you’ll continue coaching practices on scan quality, ordering workflows, and feature adoption to ensure long‑term success. This is a high‑impact, customer‑facing role for someone who loves teaching, building trust, and driving measurable outcomes. /p /li /ul h3Ongoing Coaching Success Enablement /h3 ul lipServe as a trusted coach post‑launch, helping practices refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers. /p /li lipMonitor early scan quality and deliver clear, constructive feedback to drive technique improvement. /p /li lipIdentify gaps in product usage and offer targeted follow‑up to close them. /p /li lipConduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure order success. /p /li lipCollaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to share insights and improve the customer journey. /p /li lipRecognize early wins and celebrate progress to build practice confidence and momentum. /p /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul lipExperience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred). /p /li lipHands‑on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows. /p /li lipExcellent teaching and facilitation skills—able to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioural change. /p /li lipClear, confident communicator with outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills. /p /li lipCustomer‑first mindset—empathetic, patient, and skilled at building trust remotely. /p /li lipHighly organized and accountable, with a track record of owning outcomes and follow‑through. /p /li lipQuick learner, tech‑savvy, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments.



/p /li lipOrganized and efficient in managing multiple trainings, follow‑ups, and customer touch points. /p /li lipPersuasive and supportive coach, skilled in encouraging behaviour change and driving adoption. /p /li lipNative or near‑native fluency in the local market language, with strong knowledge of local dental norms and terminology. Fluency in Catalan is a plus.
