ppJoin our Global Admissions Hub in Barcelona to manage day-to-day operations for high school programs supporting German-speaking exchange students. /p pYou will handle every step of the admission process (including applications, visas, flights, placements) ensuring students and families feel confident about every step of the way. /p pThis role sits at the heart of what we do, crafting smooth journeys that let young people focus on personal growth, new friendships, and discovery abroad. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liPartner with our Sales offices to hand off new students seamlessly into Operations. /li liBe an expert on admissions processes for our destinations and liaise with receiving organizations. /li liGuide exchange students and their guardians through applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and on time. /li liHandle operational steps like placements, flights, visas, and support with pre-departure orientations. /li liKeep our CRM up to date with each student's progress and status. /li liBe the go-to contact for students and guardians throughout their enrolment process, offering steady support. /li liRepresent Educatius at events and build relationships with families and organizations. /li liBe part of our pre-departure meetings for students and families. /li liCreate guidelines and procedures for internal teams or external use.
