relevant messaging tailored to different audiences by supporting internal adoption campaigns for AI tools and technology‑enabled processes, creating and coordinating clear communication materials such as announcements, updates, FAQs, presentation materials, infographics, and promotional videos. /li liAI feature testing: Support testing and pilot coordination of new AI tools and features, capturing user feedback, identifying usability issues, adoption barriers, improvement opportunities, and preparing user‑facing materials reflecting real day‑to‑day needs. /li liAI training support: Maintain and develop practical enablement materials (e.g., prompt libraries) and support coordination of demos and training sessions, including content preparation and follow‑ups. Collect user needs, use cases, and feedback to continuously improve training content. /li liMonitoring metrics: Support tracking and analysis of adoption and engagement metrics (e.g., usage data, surveys, training participation, business impact indicators) to identify trends and improvement areas. /li liReporting: Support preparation of structured reports and materials (e.g., presentations, infographics) for stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights. /li liChampions network: Support coordination and communication within the AI champions network, including distribution of materials, facilitating engagement, and directing queries to relevant teams.



/li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liRequired: 3+ years of experience in internal communications, change, training coordination, project coordination, PMO, or programme support. /li liBachelor’s degree is required, preferably in communications, business, psychology, HR, marketing, or a related field. /li liExperience in consulting, corporate functions, or another fast‑paced multi‑cultural business environment. Experience supporting AI, digital, Knowledge Management, or technology‑enabled change initiatives would be a strong advantage. /li liOutstanding English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus. /li liHighly organized, pragmatic, and execution‑focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li liStrong numeric thinking and confidence working with adoption data, survey results, and usage metrics. /li liStrong digital collaboration skills and strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are required.
