In this role you drive certification, qualification and continued airworthiness activities for helicopter programs. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and external authorities to ensure compliance while protecting company interests. You will lead approvals, coordinate subcontracted work, and support ongoing airworthiness investigations. • Classify changes to type certificates and repairs
• Prepare Certification u0026 Qualification Plans for new variants or product changes
• Identify Applicable Requirements and propose Means of Compliance and Compliance Evidences
• Lead negotiations with Airworthiness Authorities and Qualification Agencies
• Approve minor changes/repairs when applicable
• Lead Approval Flight Conditions / Permit to Fly processes (including military CAE)
• Validate/approve changes to Flight Manuals, ICAs and OSDs
• Coordinate subcontracted activities within scope
• Coordinate with Industry partners across programs
• Support Compliance Verification Engineers (CVEs)
• Investigate major incidents in Continued Airworthiness
• Maintain AHE Design Organization Approvals
• Provide ongoing support to Compliance Verification Engineers
• Ensure awareness of compliance risks and maintain integrity across activities
Responsabilidades
• Master in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering
• Experience in Certification xqbhyrx and Qualification or Continued Airworthiness
• Demonstrable knowledge of EMAR / PERAM / EASA Part 21
• Demonstrable knowledge of Spanish Military Airworthiness Regulations (RAD, PERAM, INTA Procedures)
• Demonstrable knowledge of EASA certification process (valued)
• Demonstrable knowledge of helicopter certification specs (FAR27/29, CS27/29), FAR25
• Soft skills essential to the position
• Spanish native proficiency; English fluent
• Microsoft Office advanced user
• NECTAR tool knowledge (advisable)
