Connect with business community on category where needed. /liliDirectly manage, supervise and coach the team(2) : Procurement / Inbound Planner /liliNegotiate commercial and supply positions for defined raw materials. Identifies and negotiates regional/local supply agreements where appropriate. /liliCoordinates volume forecast,



market analysis and trend information in line with general best practices and category split. /liliParticipates in SOP process and raises awareness to appropriate levels in the organization regarding supply/demand concerns. /liliApprove new SKU registration as is needed /liliSource and approve new external / 3rd party sources (as required) and subsequent SAP PIR setup. /liliIdentify and implement initiatives to improve external / 3rd party supplier base supply security and TCO. /liliSupport team in identifying existing / potential issues and improvement opportunities before managing them via dedicated action plan(s). /liliDevelop business relationships within key supplier accounts to manage performance, quality improvement, productivity, and service level. /liliOn top the Team Lead will be responsible for Strategic Procurement including Negotiations as well as approx.. 25 % of Inbound Planning tasks /li /ulpstrongAbout you /strong /pulliDegree in Procurement/Purchasing, Food Science, or related field. /liliAt least 5 years job experience in strategic procurement. /liliDemostrated high leadership skills : developing, coaching and the ability to positively challenge is a key attribute/skill of this role /liliStrong understanding of strategic procurement processes, methods, and tools. /liliExperience in a matrix organisation. /liliStrategic thinker with a conceptual approach. /liliExperience in project management and transformation /liliGood prioritisation and structured way of working. /liliOpen and pro-active communicator, good presentation skills. /liliAbility to interact in an appropriate manner to the target group and curious about intercultural contexts. /liliNegotiation skills even in complex environments. /liliComputer skills: MS Office (proficient with Excel PPT especially), SAP. /liliFluent English mandatory, spanish advanced.
