To bring this vision to life, we harness the power of data and technology, developing innovative tools and automating processes where appropriate, to elevate the quality and efficiency of our work. /p pAs part of the Client team for a leading brand in the luxury sector, the Global Project Manager will lead the global implementation of a key data and technology solution across 17 markets. This role is pivotal in coordinating the rollout of a major tool across our network, ensuring each local team is equipped and supported to adopt and utilize it effectively. /p pBased in Madrid and reporting to the Global Senior Project Manager, the Global Project Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end implementation process, providing hands‑on support to local teams and ensuring alignment with global objectives. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead project management activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of tool implementation. /li liCollaborate with key stakeholders to support the local deployment of essential tools. /li liCoordinate the rollout process and manage communications with local markets. /li liProduce and maintain accurate reporting for the global client team and project sponsors. /li liEfficiently manage incoming requests and queries from both global and local teams.



/li liWork closely with the Adoption Management and Product teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. /li liOversee and actively participate in meetings to ensure consistent information flow across the organization. /li /ul h3Previous Experience /h3 ul li2 to 4 years of experience in supporting data and digital transformation projects. /li liExperience within the Consulting industry. /li liPrevious experience in a Media agency would be beneficial. /li /ul h3Soft Skills Competencies /h3 ul liProven success as a Project Manager, with a strong track record in both local and integral environments – ideally across data and technology projects in the media and/or marketing sectors. /li liHigh level of fluency in English – both verbal and written. /li liSolid experience in both IT and business analysis, with proficiency across a range of tools and platforms. /li liDemonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams within a matrixed organizational structure. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. /li liSelf‑motivated and proactive, with a strong problem‑solving mindset. /li liComfortable working in multicultural and multinational environments, with sensitivity to diverse communication styles. /li liConfident engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization: global, regional, local, business unit, and client‑facing. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
