ph3About The Role /h3 pMonks is looking for a creative designer to create and adapt designs for Social Media. You will cooperate with a design-savvy and creative team to devise an overall concept. You will be responsible for analysing regional and local market requirements and nailing quality, brand guidelines and visual executions across different channels. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liGenerate clear ideas in tandem with the content team to support local markets with the conceptual and visual execution of campaigns for an iconic automative brand. /li liUnderstand social media initiatives, strategic position and target audience /li liTake work from concept to final execution within deadlines /li liManage the visual side of the Social Media Calendar /li liConduct image research: sourcing the best visuals to achieve the strongest composition for each campaign and deliverable /li liPresent complete ideas and the art designs of social media client / team members /li liOwn smaller projects or a small part of bigger projects and make sure that all design tasks are completed with an excellent outcome. /li /ul h3About You /h3 h3The essentials: /h3 ul li3+ years of proven work experience with all stages of the creative process in advertising or communications agencies. Proven experience working as an Art designer. /li liSignificant Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc). /li liBonus points if you are competent in additional programs (i.e. Figma, Sketch, AfterEffects, editing/color-editing). /li liFluent in English. /li liClear understanding of fundamentals such as typography,



interaction design, flow and storytelling, get teams to improve the work on both an aesthetic and functional level. /li liNot afraid of doing repetitive work when necessary. /li liExperience with powerpoint / G-slides and putting together client decks. /li liCuriosity, creativity, above-average commitment, a keen eye for detail and a high visual quality standard. /li liGreat team player and willing to walk the extra mile, always supporting the whole team with your craft and ideas. /li liHumble and open to feedback and proactive in seeking ways to develop when time allows. /li /ul h3About Monks /h3 pMonks is the global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4 Capital plc.
