At Holaluz, we're revolutionizing the energy sector, and we need a highly skilled SysOps Engineer to provide top-tier technical guidance and support. /p pWe’re looking for an experienced engineer that will give seniority to the team. You will work closely with Cloud Platform and Security Teams and be involved in the evolution of our infrastructure, using state‑of‑the‑art cloud infrastructure and architectures. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdvanced Technical Support: Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk team, resolving complex technical issues and providing expert guidance. /li liIdentity and Access Management: ul liAdminister and maintain identity and access management tools: Windows AD and Okta. /li liEnsure the integrity and security of the identity ecosystem. /li liImplement and manage the full user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) in an automated manner. /li liIntegrate identity tools with other applications and systems in the ecosystem. /li liManage identity repositories with Terraform. /li /ul /li liGoogle Workspace Administration: Manage and maintain the Google Workspace environment, including user configuration, permissions, and security policies. /li liOffice Networking: ul liAdminister and maintain the office network infrastructure, including the Edge Router and the APs. /li liEnsure Internet connectivity and network security. /li /ul /li liAutomation: ul liDevelop and maintain scripts and automation tools for recurring tasks, primarily using Make. /li liPromote automation in all areas to improve efficiency and security.



/li /ul /li liStay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices and propose new ideas to improve. /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liA Bachelor’s degree or higher education degree in IT /li liProven experience in the SysOps / N3 role /li liProven experience in Linux and Windows system administration /li liNetworking knowledge and experience (Firewalls, DNS, VPN, Proxies) /li liProgramming languages and scripting using Python, Bash /li liAWS knowledge and experience will be a plus. In addition to IaC with Terraform and Dockerization concepts. /li liAbility to train and provide technical support to service desks /li /ul h3Key Skills Attributes /h3 ul liProblem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve infrastructure issues. /li liCollaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with developers and other stakeholders. /li liCatalan and B1 level of English.
