Your Impact
- Sales & Conversion: Lead consultative sales conversations from initial enquiry to confirmed booking. You will handle objections, manage urgency, drive upsells, and take full ownership of your individual revenue targets (NTR).
- Portfolio Growth: Build and nurture a personal client portfolio using both inbound enquiries and proactive outbound campaigns. You will manage structured follow-ups within our CRM to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Expert Advisory: Master MSC itineraries, ships,
and pricing to confidently recommend tailored solutions that balance customer needs with our premium brand experience.
Who You Are
- Experienced in Sales: You bring a proven track record in consultative, phone-based sales (experience with complex or high-value products is a distinct advantage). A background in travel, hospitality, or premium retail is a major plus.
- Commercially Driven: You possess a strong commercial mindset with a natural focus on conversion, results, and hitting targets.
- Relationship Builder: You are confident in managing customer relationships, guiding decision-making, and navigating objections while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
