At Roca Group, we are strengthening our Sustainability team and looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented ESG Reporting Specialist to elevate our non‑financial reporting and drive continuous improvement across our ESG performance.

What you'll do

-

- Coordinate ESG data collection across teams and geographies

- Ensure high‑quality, consistent, and traceable sustainability information

- Support our Sustainability Report and other non‑financial disclosures

- Work with leading frameworks: ESRS, CSRD, GRI, TCFD, EU Taxonomy

- Manage ESG questionnaires, client requests, and external ratings (incl. EcoVadis)

- Collaborate on double materiality, dashboards, LCA/EPD projects, and ESG risk analysis

- Identify opportunities to digitalize and automate reporting processes

What we're looking for

-





- 2-5 years of experience in sustainability reporting or ESG consulting

- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

- Solid knowledge of ESG standards and regulatory frameworks

- Advanced Excel skills; BI tools are a plus

- High level of English

- Experience with CSRD/ESRS implementation or external assurance is highly valued
