The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and procedures across our EPC projects, while overseeing quality control activities in our three core business areas: bSolar PV /b, bBattery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) /b, and bHigh Voltage (HV) Infrastructure/Substations /b. This role will play a key part in ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our international project portfolio. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and QMS requirements. /li liAdvance quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization. /li liDevelop and implement the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operational activities. /li liPlan duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules. /li liEstablish service standards for end users (internal departments or external customers). /li liIdentify and develop QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs. /li liProvide leadership, mentorship, and direction to all QA/QC personnel. /li liTake full responsibility for hold-point releases once all QMS functions are complete.



/li /ul h3Inspection and Process Management /h3 ul liDevelop and implement risk-based inspection (RBI) activities and internal standard practices. /li liManage project site integrity through failure analysis reporting systems and follow up on recommendations. /li liOversee supervision of all visual inspections, including third-party subcontractors. /li liManage inspection testing plans for new construction, repair work, and alterations. /li liIdentify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies. /li liManage construction processes, equipment, inspection, personnel certification, and QMS internal audits. /li /ul h3Compliance and Reporting /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with safety programs and local jurisdictional and regulatory authorities. /li liFulfill additional duties assigned by the Supervisor within the scope of responsibilities and work objectives. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. /li liMinimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. /li /ul h3Must-Have /h3 ul liProven, hands‑on experience with bSolar PV /b projects and bHV Substations /b. /li /ul h3Nice-to-Have /h3 ul liPrevious experience with bBESS /b is highly desirable. /li liAdvanced knowledge of MS Office programs. /li liExcellent English language skills (Advanced Level). /li liStrong competencies in communication, planning, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving. /li liApproximately b25% travel /b required to various construction sites and other regional offices. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liEffective communication and collaboration across teams and cultures. /li liStrong time management skills and discipline. /li liAdvanced knowledge of safety programs and regulatory compliance. /li /ul h3Relationships /h3 ul liMaintain effective relationships with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
