You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing New Balance. /p p✅strong Key Responsibilities /strong /pulli Work with customers to answer product information and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way. /lili Put yourself in our customers shoes, analyze their problems and tailor solutions for them. /lili Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media. /lili Become an expert and brand ambassador for New Balance. /lili Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. /lili Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.
