Intersted to lead the way in building out the next phase of the global HR technology strategy? An already very well established organisation continues to expand internationally & their Workday platform is central to how they support employees, streamline processes and enable HR teams across dozens of markets. They're looking for a Workday-focused Product Owner who thrives on turning complex, multi-country systems work into practical, sustainable outcomes.

The Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role covering the full lifecycle of our Workday platform - from rollout, configuration through to long-term optimisation. You'll take the system live across a large international footprint, then drive adoption, refine performance, and build the support infrastructure that keeps things running smoothly day-to-day.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the go-to owner for our integral Workday ecosystem, covering HCM, Recruiting, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Compensation, Reporting, Security and system Integrations

- Extending Absence and Time Tracking functionality into new countries as the rollout progresses

- Gathering and prioritising local market needs, translating them into system improvements and a clear HRIS roadmap





- Overseeing project delivery end-to-end, budgets, timelines, change management and controlling

- Building and leading a diverse, international team that spans HR, IT, and external vendors, including two direct reports

- Serving as an escalation point for support issues, while also training and enabling key users across the business

- Driving forward integration projects and reporting capabilities as new needs emerge

- Partnering closely with local teams during rollout phases to manage change effectively

- Reporting into a senior member of the Global Executive leadership team

About You:

You're a analytical problem-solver who likes rolling up your sleeves and getting things done independently. xqbhyrx Beyond that, you'll bring:

- Hands-on Workday expertise, ideally on Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Compensation, Reporting, Security and system Integrations

- Around 5+ years in a similar positions focussed on Workday

- Strong knowledge on how HR data and processes work in a large, global company

- Self-motivated approach and comfort working in a fast paced environment

- Strong stakeholder management, you can communicate clearly and bring people along with you, even across cultures and time zones

- Fluent English & German is a bonus erman is a nice-to-have
