This role focuses on outbound sales, building relationships with Fortune 100 and other businesses, and helping the team exceed quarterly targets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive sales by reaching and exceeding sales goals. /li liConvert prospects into loyal clients using a cold‑calling strategy, uncovering true business needs and recommending the right ADP solutions. /li liDeepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross‑selling new products and solutions. /li liCollaborate daily with internal and external customers to maintain strong relationships. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDemonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, and an excellent closer. /li liGoal‑oriented with proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas. /li liHighly organized with effective time and activity management skills. /li liExcellent systems literacy in MS Office. /li liFluent in German and English. /li liBusiness‑to‑business sales experience with prospecting, presentation, and territory management skills (preferred). /li liIndependently driven self‑starter capable of working with other ADP Sales Associates (preferred).
