With operations across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas Asia, technology plays a key role in supporting our growth and innovation. /p pWe are looking for an bIT Specialist Europe /b b Asia /b to join our international IT team and provide technical support across our European sites while participating in exciting infrastructure and digital transformation projects. /p h3What will you do? /h3 pAs part of our IT team, you will provide first- and second-level technical support to users in bSpain, France, Dubai, Singapur and Hong Kong /b, ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure. /p h3Your responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liProviding Help Desk support (on-site and remote) for end users. /li liInstalling, configuring and maintaining Windows, Mac and barcode devices. /li liSupporting network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs). /li liManaging Windows Servers, Active Directory, virtual machines, backups and security solutions. /li liSupporting production and laboratory IT systems. /li liManaging IT hardware inventory and spare parts.
