ph3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDrive continuously improving results by leveraging Lean principles, practices and tools, consulting skills, and changing management processes. Utilizes strong analytical and process mapping skillsets to gather data, analyze processes, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. /li /brliActively participate in the Lean Leader general community to benchmark and incorporate best practices. /li /brliImprove Lean body of knowledge, training and facilitation skills by pursuing continual Lean learning. /li /brliPromote and facilitate associate development in various Lean tools, lean operations, and kaizen leadership. /li /brliThis role will generate a significant multiple of invested cost in terms of value creation (ROI = 3x investment) /li /brliFacilitates Kaizen and continuous improvement events in which we effectively build and lead focused and empowered teams to address systemic problems. /li /brliDirectly provide formal and informal Lean training and capability building /li /brliAssist ALC / Operations leaderships in the development of a Lean transformation with planned resource allocations. /li /brliImplement operational balanced scorecard (safety, quality, delivery and productivity) metrics for the designated operations scope. /li /brliPromote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow bottlenecks and other waste throughout the operation, and provide subject matter expertise on appropriate tools to eliminate them /li /brliOversee and monitor all operational suppliers as part of the continuous improvement scope, identifying opportunities to improve pricing, service quality, SLAs, response times, and overall supplier performance.



/li /brliAttend and represent the operation in all Global Engineering-led meetings related to new programs, ideas, processes, tools, or initiatives, ensuring local operational requirements, impacts, and improvement opportunities are properly assessed and followed up. /li /brliSupport the Logistics Director in preparing and maintaining reports requested by EMEA, including financial control reports, operational control reports, performance analysis, and other management information required to monitor the business. /li /br /ul /brh3Competencies /h3 /brul /brliSelf-starter with the ability to prioritize and thrive in fast-paced environment. /li /brliKey IM Competencies - Change Agent, Collaboration, and Influence, Results Oriented /li /brliProven analytical, influence, and negotiation skills. /li /brliKey traits - Managerial courage, bias to action, drives to results, builds fellowship. /li /brliStrong leadership skills and driven to delivery results against challenging performance indicators. /li /brliAbility to adapt to new systems and platforms. /li /brliVerbal communication: Ability to effectively articulate information and respond to questions from leaders and hourly associates. Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written communication. /li /brliComputer skills: Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and use of analytical techniques; knowledge of WMS preferred. /li /brliAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li /brliGood knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment. /li /brliProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate situations, identify potential risks or opportunities in advance, and take timely action. /li /br /ul /brh3Education and Experience /h3 /brul /brliBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering or related discipline - or - equivalent work experience in warehouse / distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment /li /brliThree or more years in fast paced, high volume distribution environment working in quality, statistics, continuous improvement / Lean strongly preferred. /li /brliHigh system and transactional knowledge of total ALC, required. /li /brliExperience leading visual daily management, Gemba, preferred. /li /brliExperience in consultative approach, problem solving, training, facilitation, change management, required. /li /brliModerate Kaizen facilitation experience, preferred. /li /brliValue-stream mapping experience, preferred. /li /brliComputer skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of WMS (IMFirst) preferred. /li /br /ul /brpThis is not a complete listing of the job duties.
