/liliEnsure long-term maintainability, reliability, and scalability of the platform. /li /ulh3Data High-Load Systems /h3ulliOversee database design and optimization for high-throughput environments. /liliImprove performance of MySQL-based systems handling thousands of queries per second. /liliDesign and support analytical integrations using ClickHouse. /li /ulh3Event-Driven Architecture /h3ulliDesign reliable asynchronous processing solutions using Apache Kafka. /liliLead the implementation of event-driven communication between services. /li /ulh3Reliability Incident Management /h3ulliOwn service stability and production reliability. /liliDrive monitoring and observability initiatives using Prometheus and Grafana. /liliLead incident response activities and coordinate root cause analysis. /liliEstablish post-mortem practices and continuous improvement processes. /li /ulh3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3ulliPartner with Product Owners, DevOps Engineers, QA teams, and other Team Leads. /liliAlign engineering priorities with business objectives and delivery goals. /liliEnsure effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3h3Leadership Experience /h3ulli2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead managing PHP engineering teams. /liliProven experience hiring, mentoring, and leading Senior Engineers. /liliStrong people management skills with a coaching and servant leadership mindset. /liliAbility to build a peer-to-peer culture without micromanagement. /li /ulh3Technical Background /h3ulli6+ years of commercial PHP development experience. /liliExpert knowledge of PHP 8.x and modern backend development practices.
