Experteer Overview
As a Value Consultant, you drive data‑driven transformation for customers using Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You partner with Sales, deliver value through tailored AI and process-mining use cases, and guide customers to measurable ROI. You’ll lead end-to-end value journeys with delivery teams, expanding platform adoption and executive sponsorship across industries. This role combines process expertise, AI know‑how, and strong consulting skills in a fast-growing tech company with a clear mission to unlock business value.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify and frame value with Sales, translating business needs into AI and process-mining use cases and compelling business cases
• Execute and deliver impact by governing the implementation plan and ensuring solutions are deployed to maximize ROI
• Scale value by driving account growth, managing cross-functional teams, and communicating results to CIO/C-level executives
• Facilitate workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder alignment in Spanish

Responsabilidades
• +4 years of experience in technical pre-sales and delivery including AI roadmaps and ROI/TCO business cases




• Domain/Industry expertise in supply chain across Manufacturing, Consumer, Retail, Services, Resources
• Strong AI, data, analytics foundation with knowledge of generative AI techniques and use cases
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) and data engineering; SQL required
• Experience deploying SaaS solutions, RPA, BI tools, and building dashboards
• Project and executive stakeholder management experience
• Degree in Technology u0026 Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• Native-level or near-native Spanish (written and spoken) for executive interactions and workshops
