The idóneo candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as CFO in a medium-sized international company. Experience in a Private Equity portfolio company is a must. Ability to serve as a solid Business Partner for CEO. Experience in the complete sale process of a private equity portfolio company will be a plus. Candidates who have lived and/or worked outside Spain will be highly valued. Proficiency in English and Spanish is a requirement. /p h3Descripción de la oferta /h3 pReporting to the company's CEO, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions: /p h3Business Strategy /h3 ul liLead the formulation of strategic and long-term business planning, assess the implications for the organization's financial architecture to support it, and act as a key business partner to the CEO as part of the senior management team, providing strategic, analytical and business insight. /li liProvide forward‑looking analysis and insights to validate strategy, capital allocation and business plan. /li /ul h3Financial Operations Management /h3 ul liAccountable for the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. /li liOptimize and oversee the company's cash flow and working capital to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs. /li liCultivate strong relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions to ensure access to necessary financial resources. /li /ul h3Accounting and Financial Reporting /h3 ul liEnsure accounts are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards (e.g., LOCAL GAAP, IFRS), and regulatory requirements. /li liOversee and present monthly financial reports, including analysis of variances between actual results and forecasts to the CEO and senior stakeholders. /li liCoordinate the external audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and liaison with auditors. /li /ul h3Budgeting and Financial Forecasting /h3 ul liOwn and lead the development of annual budgets that reflect the company's financial targets,



monitoring and adjusting them to ensure alignment with company goals. /li liDrive the development and utilization of financial planning and forecasting models to provide forward‑looking insights to support decision‑making and business plan execution. /li /ul h3Risk Management /h3 ul liIdentify and assess financial risks, including market, credit, operational, and compliance risks. /li liEstablish and enforce policies and procedures to manage financial risks effectively, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements. /li liMonitor risk limits as set in the business plan. /li /ul h3Leadership and Team Development /h3 ul liLead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. /li liCollaborate effectively with other departments to enhance overall organizational performance. /li /ul h3Tax Management /h3 ul liStay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance with national and international tax laws, including transfer pricing regulations. /li liIdentify and minimize tax risks, overseeing tax filings and preparing timely tax reports. /li /ul h3Financial Systems and Internal Controls /h3 ul liImplement and oversee robust financial systems and processes to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and security. /li liEstablish internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. /li /ul h3Cost Management and Savings Identification /h3 ul liIdentify cost‑saving opportunities and present them to the CEO. /li liPrepare business analyses and investment calculations to support decision‑making. /li /ul h3IT and Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure a secure and modern IT infrastructure while monitoring and minimizing IT risks, including cybersecurity and data protection.
