You will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to corporate standards, contractual requirements, industry regulations, and customer expectations through process audits, inspections, control plan monitoring, and non-conformance management. /ph3What will your typical day look like? /h3ulliEnsure compliance with procedures, work instructions, technical specifications, and quality standards during installation and assembly activities. /liliVerify the implementation and effectiveness of Quality Plans, Control Plans, commissioning activities and Inspection Test Plans, and monitor and control inspection activities. /liliEnsure traceability and proper maintenance of quality records associated with completed work. /liliPlan, conduct, and document on-site process audits to verify compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and approved procedures. /liliIdentify non-conformities, process deviations, and opportunities for improvement, and drive corrective and preventive actions through closure. /liliEnsure functional,



operational, and performance testing is conducted according to approved procedures and specifications. /liliRecord, analyse, and track non-conformities identified during installation, testing, and commissioning activities. /liliParticipate in root cause analysis using quality methodologies such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D, and QRQC. /liliVerify the effectiveness of corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /liliParticipate in quality review meetings and report key quality indicators, risks, deviations, and action plans. /li /ulh3What do we want to know about you? /h3ulliEngineering degree /lili+2 years experience in Quality (eg. customer, warranty, production) /liliKnowledge of Quality Tools (Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, 8D, FTA, QRQC, SPC) /liliKnowledge of Quality Systems (ISO 9001, ISO TS 22163 “IRIS”) /liliProfessional knowledge of Spanish and English (French and German considered a plus) /liliCustomer-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliGood communication skills, charisma, leadership and ability to influence others /liliCollaborative and teamwork oriented /liliAvailability to work on-site and travel according to project requirements /liliAvailability to work night shifts, weekends, and operational windows when required /li /ulpLegal authorization to work in EU is required.
