You’ll guide new dental practices through engaging training sessions—both virtual and in‑person—to build confidence and excitement around digital dentistry. Beyond initial onboarding, you’ll continue coaching practices on scan quality, ordering workflows, and feature adoption to ensure long‑term success. helping practices refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers. /li liMonitor early scan quality and deliver clear, constructive feedback to drive technique improvement. /li liIdentify gaps in product usage and offer targeted follow‑up to close them. /li liConduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure order success. /li liCollaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to share insights and improve the customer journey. /li liRecognize early wins and celebrate progress to build practice confidence and momentum. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liExperience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred). /li liHands‑on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows. /li liExcellent teaching and facilitation skills—able to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change. /li liClear, confident communicator with outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills. /li liCustomer‑first mindset—empathetic, patient, and skilled at building trust remotely. /li liHighly organized and accountable, with a track record of owning outcomes and follow‑through. /li liQuick learner, tech‑savvy, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments. /li liOrganized and efficient in managing multiple trainings, follow‑ups, and customer touch points. /li liPersuasive and supportive coach, skilled in encouraging behavior change and driving adoption. /li liNative or near‑native fluency in the local market language,



with strong knowledge of local dental norms and terminology. Fluency in Catalan is a plus.
