Rigging, sailing, practical maintenance of masts and booms will be your primary roles. To get your goals, you will work together with an experienced team of Project Managers, other Riggers, Designers, Contractors and Mast Technicians. /ppb Main Responsibilities: /b /pulli To keep up to date with all project communication with the ability to provide knowledgeable input when necessary. /lili To identify customer needs and propose to fulfil them with the appropriate company services or products. /lili To contribute to the development of technical and practical solutions. /lili To be able to communicate effectively with all parties involved within the project. /lili To understand project budgets and contribute to the development of project timeline, estimates and proposal.



/lili To liaise on multiple international projects and stakeholders. /li /ulpb Technical skills: /b /pulli Around 5 years’ experience in a similar role. /lili Professional sailing experience or working as shore crew. /lili Experience with carbon fibre products, mechanical works and understanding of hydraulics/electrical systems will be an advantage. /lili University Degree or related.
