Responsibilities

- Analyze and Solve
- Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments and systems to identify root causes.
- Recommend solutions that balance technical feasibility, timelines and customer priorities.
- Test, refine and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency and repeatability.
- Assess risks proactively and implement strategies to prevent disruptions.

- Design and Integrate

- Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies.
- Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments to ensure seamless operation.
- Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors.
- Document architectures and procedures for hand‑offs, knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

- Collaborate and Deliver

- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Architects, Project Managers and Technicians.
- Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders.
- Build customer confidence by delivering tangible, high‑impact results.

- Grow and Advance





- Expand technical expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems and emerging technologies.
- Earn certifications and qualifications while applying them on real projects.
- Pursue career paths toward Architect or Distinguished Engineer roles.

Qualifications
- Required skills and experience
- Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
- Enterprise IT application experience.
- Hands‑on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud (AWS).
- In‑depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems.

- Preferred skills and experience

- Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.
