ppWe are looking for a Product Manager for one of our Player product teams and help achieve our vision of providing unique and entertaining betting experiences to our customers around the world. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liContributing to the product roadmap based on customer insights, data and business needs /li liWorking with engineering, design, data, compliance and external providers to design and deliver industry-leading products /li liManaging the product backlog and prioritizing initiatives based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility /li liWorking cross-functionally with partner managers, marketing, designers, customer service and operations teams to deliver product initiatives /li liCoordinating product launches and ensuring smooth rollout of new features /li liDefining success metrics and using data to measure the performance of product features /li liMonitoring product performance in life and iterating based on feedback and data insights /li liMaintaining awareness of competitor offerings and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li4+ years experience as a Product Manager working closely with Engineering teams /li liCustomer-focused and data-driven with a passion for solving customer problems /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support product decisions /li liOutstanding verbal and written communication skills /li liAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment /li liSelf-motivated, organized and able to manage multiple priorities /li liGood understanding of technology and agile development methodologies /li liFamiliarity with Identity Verification products (KYC, AML) is a plus /li /ul pSuper is committed to the highest standards of compliance, safety, and responsibility.
