The role also involves assisting with tasks that drive operational excellence within the customer contact center. /p pThis is a multifunctional position, with the trainee potentially contributing across key areas of the Distribution team, including Contact Center, Distribution Optimization, and Distribution Systems. The role offers flexibility to move between these disciplines based on business needs. /p pThe Revenue Distribution Trainee operates in a support capacity within the Commercial function, contributing to revenue optimization through effective distribution management and performance analysis. The role provides foundational exposure to regional commercial strategy and offers development potential within Revenue Management and Distribution career pathways. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Audits, Quality Management Reporting /h3 ul liConduct auditing and identify/report issues for timely resolution of external resources.



/li liPerform call/email quality monitoring to ensure service standards are met. /li liSupport the implementation and documentation of operational and system changes. /li liReporting Analytics. /li liProvide functional support for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes. /li liOther general operational support as required. /li /ul h3Distribution Optimization /h3 ul liSupport the coordination and maintenance of distribution across all approved channels, including OTA, GDS, Call Center, Brand.com, and other designated platforms. /li liMonitor rate parity, inventory allocation, and channel configuration to ensure alignment with commercial strategy. /li liAssist in the implementation and documentation of distribution updates and commercial or system changes. /li liProvide hotel level support via our centralised ticketing system. /li /ul h3Commercial Strategy Support /h3 ul liSupport the implementation of key Revenue Optimization related projects including new partner rollouts distribution activities. /li /ul h3Performance Monitoring /h3 ul liMonitor the connectivity related performance dashboards with the aim to support the optimization of the performance of connectivity across channels, including troubleshooting and sending partner maintenance spreadsheets. /li /ul pThe description of functions is merely indicative and not exhaustive.
