JOB-1477 /h3 pWe are looking for a QA/QC Piping site – Large-scale international industrial project in the field of renewable and low-carbon hydrogen. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement, deploy and maintain the QA/QC system on site for piping activities /li liEnsure compliance of piping works with contractual, regulatory and normative requirements /li liSupervise and coordinate QA/QC activities related to SMP works (Structure, Mechanical, Piping) /li liControl the quality of fabrication, erection and installation of piping systems /li liVerify compliance of welding procedures, welders’ qualifications and WPS/PQR /li liPerform visual inspections and NDT (VT, MT, PT) related to welding activities /li liPrepare, organize and follow up pressure testing activities (hydrostatic and pneumatic), ensuring quality and safety /li liReview, comment and approve contractors’ construction quality documentation (ITP, MDR, as-built dossiers) /li liManage non-conformities (NCR), corrective and preventive actions /li liParticipate in quality audits of subcontractors and suppliers /li liCoordinate QA/QC interfaces between disciplines, partners and subcontractors /li liAct as the main point of contact with local authorities and approved inspection bodies /li liEnsure QA/QC reporting (KPIs, progress, risks, trends) to the project management team /li liEnsure application of quality, safety and regulatory standards on site /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul liProven experience in welding activities, NDT (VT, MT, PT)
