By submitting your application, you will be considered for upcoming entry-level Program Assistant roles as they become available. /emh3Responsibilities /h3strongYour role as a Junior Manager will involve: /strongulliCoordinate programs and projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery. /liliManage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks. /liliCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to align objectives and maintain smooth communication. /liliOrganize events and activities, such as workshops, meetings, and extracurricular initiatives. /liliMonitor budgets and financial processes, including invoice coordination and payment follow-up. /liliPrepare and maintain documentation,



presentations, and program materials. /liliEnsure stakeholder engagement, including clients, students, sponsors, and faculty. /liliTrack progress and implement improvements to enhance processes and overall experience. /liliHandle communications, including email management and promotional materials. /liliSupport innovation and continuous improvement in program design and delivery. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3strongTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: /strongulliBachelor’s Degree. A Master’s degree is positively valued, although not an exclusive requirement. /lili0-3 years of professional experience, including supervisory functions. /liliFluency in both English and Spanish, and good communication skills (verbal and written). /liliPrevious experience in Project Coordination. /liliExperience in higher education would be highly valuable. /liliAbility to work well independently as part of a team /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). /liliKnowledge and use of AI-based tools are highly valued. /liliA track record of customer interface, excellent organization skill,s and a proactive attitude. /liliCandidates must possess a valid EU work permit. /li /ulUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
