Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead design strategy and CRO at Tropicfeel, based in Barcelona. The role is full‑time onsite and combines design leadership, conversion‑rate optimisation, and web content & QA management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design and optimization of all web touchpoints following Tropicfeel Guidelines, creating user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity interfaces.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data, conduct weekly performance reviews (CTR, time on page, bounce rate), and drive long‑term design innovation and scalability.
- Own continuous optimisation strategy for key pages (Homepage, Collection, Landing, PDP), monitor conversion metrics, plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests, and report outcomes to cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with E‑commerce, Performance, and Brand teams to implement conversion‑focused designs and improve structural layouts.
- Create and update product pages, ensuring accurate content, performance, device responsiveness, and brand‑compliance. Translate commercial campaign directions into digital assets.




- Use ChatGPT to support creation of high‑quality web copy that meets tone of voice and conversion goals.

Qualifications
- Professional fluency in English (B2–C1) and native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish (C1).
- Proven experience owning the full product design lifecycle: discovery & research, UI design, developer hand‑off.
- Expertise in Figma and end‑to‑end interface design.
- Strong visual sense and interest in artistic aesthetics.
- Experience with CRO and data‑driven experimentation (A/B testing, performance analytics).
