We deliver pioneering solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing and new facilities worldwide. IHC will develop and deploy the software for all future WW AMZL automation, from software design through to commissioning and deployment and operational on-call support. /ppThe key benefits of our approach include: /pulliStandardised, integrator-agnostic control systems for all AMZL automation, reducing the requirement to develop and maintain bespoke solutions for each piece of automation. /liliControl of development, deployment, fault finding and future upgrades, removing dependency on vendors. /liliGeneration of data and metrics to drive future improvements, removing dependency on vendors and ensuring comprehensive data collection. /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliExperience (non-internship) in professional software development /liliKnowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems) /liliExperience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems /liliKnowledge of at least one modern object-oriented programming language such as C++, Java, Objective C /liliExperience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)-controlled automation and issue diagnosis in a continuous process or production environment, or experience with electrical theory, robotics, controls components,



and automated equipment /liliExperience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience with PowerShell (preferred), Python, Ruby, or Java /liliExperience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology /liliExperience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions /liliExperience with CODESYS development environment. /liliExperience with full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, CI/CD. /liliExperience with PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Golang. /li /ulpAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
