The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players. /ph3What You Will Do /h3olliOwn accuracy in alerting /liliHave a strong understanding of alerting systems and alert aggregation/correlation tools and a passion for extending that knowledge to the expert level for the Monopoly Go alerting environment /liliMaintain alerting KPI’s /liliDrive ever-improving accuracy in alerting through audits and deep dives /liliProvide Incident command during highly visible and impactful incidents /liliCoordinate, analyze, and escalate incidents in partnership with vendors, business units, game teams, and partners /liliBe accountable for incident outcomes /liliCommunicate concisely through written and verbal communication during stressful situations /liliContribute to process improvements and maintain runbooks/playbooks /liliBe on-call for Incident command /li /olh3What We’re Looking For /h3olliExtensive experience working with alerting systems and driving accuracy in alerting /lili2+ years of relevant work experience as an Incident commander /liliHigh-level understanding of networking and cloud services /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly concisely under pressure /liliPositive attitude, effective communication,
