ph3Role Overview /h3 pIE University’s bAsset Management and Planning /b group is looking for a bAssociate Director (Temporary) /b to coordinate course calendars and planning across academic departments, support faculty assignments, and optimize scheduling processes. This temporary position covers a maternity leave and is based in Madrid (IE Tower and María de Molina). /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate the course calendar and structure with Programme Management. /li liDevelop and implement programme guidelines. /li liSupport professors’ assignation process together with the Area Directors. /li liGather professors’ preferences and indications. /li liPlan and schedule the IE business programmes. /li liAnalyze activities and implement solutions for process optimization. /liliMonitor day‑to‑day scheduling changes. /li liOversee the correct course performance. /li liInform students about agenda adjustments.
