* The Service Provider Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of third-party service providers across JD logistics and supply chain operations in Spain.
This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.

* Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers.

* Monitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

* Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement.

* Identify and resolve operational issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless integration of service provider operations.





* Drive cost optimization initiatives related to service provider engagement without compromising service quality.

* Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in service provider management.

* Prepare and present reports on service provider performance and operational metrics to senior management.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding service provider operations.
Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.

* Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing third-party service provider relationships.

* Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

* Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.

* Fluency in Mandarin, English and Italian are required.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
