You will manage, design and deliver training programs that boost team member engagement and support the business in developing relevant content using a variety of methodologies. You will be a passionate member of the University team, willing to help people learn and grow, and will have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. /p h3bWhat will you do? /b /h3 ul liParticipate in projects aimed at developing training programs that support the organization’s strategy and values. /li liDesign and develop effective and engaging training activities (face-to-face, virtual, online or other learning methods) in collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders. /li liSearch for providers.
Analyze and evaluate their proposals according to established quality and economic criteria. /li liCreate and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, online modules, etc., to ensure they are up-to-date, relevant and engaging. /li liPlan, coordinate logistics and deliver training sessions, workshops, seminars, etc. /li liMonitor and follow up on training activities to measure their impact and effectiveness, prepare post-training reports (through satisfaction surveys, collecting comments/suggestions from team members and stakeholders, etc.) and prepare other global reports as required, such as the Corporate Annual Report. /li liSupport business units in the implementation of global training activities and other learning-related issues. /li liVerify the effective and sound functioning of the e-learning platform. Manage enhancements, updates and/or creation of manuals. Provide training to local University administrators. Assist with Talent Learning platform incidents and issues. /li liContinually research and stay on top of the latest learning and development trends, methodologies and technologies to ensure training programs are innovative and effective. /li /ul h3bWhat are we looking for? /b /h3 h3EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a training consulting firm. /li liExperience in the design and delivery of training programs will be a must. /li liExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS),
