You will address a wide range of technical challenges across frontend, backend, infrastructure, distributed programming, containerization, cloud architectures, and integrations, helping scientists solve complex problems in biotech. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLead a high‑talent engineering team that designs, implements, and maintains efficient, reusable, and reliable code across our full software stack. /li liCollaborate closely with product and cross‑functional teams, interpreting customer feedback to drive development that exceeds user expectations. /li liChampion best engineering practices, improve processes, document onboarding artifacts, aid hiring, prioritize technical backlog, and positively influence Seqera’s engineering culture. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liStrong foundational knowledge in software engineering,
