/p /lilipMonitor, comment and post on social media channels daily—supporting community engagement by responding to comments and interactions. /p /lilipCollect, organize, and review creator deliverables for alignment with campaign objectives. /p /lilipTrack content performance metrics and help prepare reports for internal teams. /p /lilipStay on top of social media trends, formats, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to campaigns. /p /lilipProvide administrative and coordination support for creator collaborations, events, and cross-team initiatives.br/p /li /ulh3strongRequirements /strong /h3ullipAround strong1–2 years of experience /strong in social media, digital marketing, or related fields (internships or academic projects also considered). /p /lilipFamiliarity with major social media platforms and their content styles, especially TikTok and Instagram. /p /lilipStrong written and verbal communication skills. /p /lilipHighly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. /p /lilipCreative mindset with curiosity for trends and new formats. /p /lilipTeam player with willingness to learn and grow under guidance of senior colleagues.
