In this role you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by: /p ul liAdvising clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Absence and Time Tracking modules,



contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives /li liApplying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do /li liHosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your expertise in Absence Management and Time Tracking /li liIndependently leading your workstream and reporting workstream(s) progress /li liLiaising closely with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution /li liActively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets /li /ul h3We are looking for experience in the following skills /h3 ul liPrior experience implementing Workday HCM / Absence/ Time or relevant on‑premise or cloud‑based platforms such as UKG, ADP Enterprise eTime, Infor, Cronos /li liAbility to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions /li liThrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills /li liExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements /li liBachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluency in English /li liExcellent stakeholder management.
