With over 12 years of experience in the premium women's fashion segment, the company has evolved from its footwear roots into a complete lifestyle proposition, expanding over the last four years into ready-to-wear and accessories. /ph3The Role /h3pWe are looking for an International Financial Controller to join Miista's finance team. /ppThis is a key role within our international finance structure, responsible for overseeing financial control, reporting and compliance across multiple markets and legal entities. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial information while supporting strategic business decision-making. /ppThe successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing international environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Financial Control /h3ulliOversee the financial performance of the Group's international entities and operations. /liliEnsure financial consistency and alignment across multiple jurisdictions and business units. /liliMonitor key financial indicators and provide actionable business insights.
/li /ulh3Accounting Month-End Close /h3ulliCoordinate and execute monthly and annual financial close processes. /liliEnsure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial statements. /liliReview and oversee accounting activities across the Group's subsidiaries. /li /ulh3Financial Reporting Analysis /h3ulliPrepare detailed financial reports and management accounts for senior leadership. /liliDeliver meaningful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. /liliIdentify trends, risks and opportunities across the business. /li /ulh3Tax Compliance /h3ulliCoordinate tax filings and statutory obligations across multiple jurisdictions. /liliEnsure compliance with local accounting, tax and regulatory requirements. /liliMonitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the Group. /li /ulh3Internal Controls Audit /h3ulliPerform reconciliations across payment platforms, bank accounts and key balance sheet accounts. /liliSupport external and internal audit processes. /liliMaintain strong internal controls and ensure data integrity across financial systems. /li /ulh3Budgeting Forecasting /h3ulliLead the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. /liliAnalyse variances against budget and forecast assumptions. /liliSupport financial planning initiatives and continuous process improvements. /li /ulh3About You /h3h3Essential Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. /liliProven experience in Financial Control, Audit, Reporting or a similar finance function. /liliStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and tax compliance. /liliExperience working with external auditors. /liliAdvanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools.
