This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining functional consulting with technical expertise. You will engage directly with business users to understand requirements, configure and customise Business Central to meet business needs, and help drive user adoption across multiple European entities. Responsibilities

- Support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across European business units.
- Gather and analyse business requirements by working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Configure, customise and optimise Business Central to meet evolving business needs.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and work with developers where required.
- Provide user support,



troubleshooting and issue resolution for Business Central.
- Deliver user training and promote best practices to maximise system adoption.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist with system testing, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a techno-functional capacity.
- Strong understanding of Business Central configuration and customisation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of finance, supply chain, operations or other core ERP business processes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to supporting end users.
- Experience participating in ERP implementation or rollout projects is highly desirable.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional European languages would be beneficial. xqbhyrx

The salary range for this position is €40,000 – €50,000. My client may be open to a slightly higher salary expectation, up to approximately €65,000, depending on the candidate's experience.
