We are looking for a passionate and energetic clinical applications expert with knowledge and experience of Intensive Care (UCI OR ICU) and OR, in a hospital environment to develop this role, well versed in Patient Monitoring with a focus on IT and connectivity, ambitious and commercially astute, you will work hand in hand with various internal and external stakeholders being instrumental in driving successful training and expertise thus generating business growth across Spain. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liExhibit product expertise during customer support and clinical training. /li liHelp sales organization in pre and post sales support /li liExtend after sales support of Patient Monitoring and Connectivity clinical products. /li liOrganize and deliver training through screening workshops, forums, and seminars. /li liHelp service organizations to determine nature of clinical equipment problems. /li liCoordinate with Project Manager and Marketing Manager for training sessions at customer installation site. /li liEngage to develop customer training tools and offer relevant input for future products and services.



/li liOrganize and coordinate congresses, forums and customer meetings included in the marketing plan. /li liCommunicate customer information and problems as well as opportunities to Technical, Customer and Marketing Support teams. /li liCommunicate with customers proactively improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. /li liCommunicate with customers to resolve problems and enhance customer satisfaction. /li liManage all company demo equipment in good and orderly condition. /li liResolve delivery of customer service and involve in root cause analysis for problem solving. /liliComplete administrative activities and ensure product demonstration support. /li liExtend support in professional forums, congresses, and conferences. /li liWork with the Account Manager within the area to generate profitable sales of Mindray Patient Monitoring Life Support devices. /li liKeep clinical, technical and market knowledge up to date. /li liContributing to the design and development of product resources such as user guides,
