As part of our engineering team, you’ll lead simulation studies, translate insights into customer‑ready reports, and engage directly with clients to understand and shape their needs. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, contribute to cutting‑edge RD, and continuously expand your knowledge in today’s evolving energy landscape. /p h3How You'll Make An Impact /h3 ul liUndertaking various simulation studies individually or as part of a team daily. /li liMaking reports out of studies and presenting to customers. /li liUnderstanding customer needs by reading customer specifications and participating in customer meetings. /li liCoordination and communication with all disciplines involved in project and tender deliveries, and in close connection to research and development activities. /li liHaving ambition in learning and sharing critical knowledge in today’s power system. /li liYou will be in frequent contact with the other engineering disciplines, project managers,



customers and other Hitachi Energy units in an international environment. /li liYou will work independently as well as in a team and assume responsibility for given tasks is a key to success. /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liYou hold an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or similar. /li liYou are experienced in power systems analysis. /li liIt is preferred that you know about these programs and tools: RTDS, PSCAD, PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, Matlab, EMTP‑RV, etc. /li liIt is considered a merit if you have previous experience working on tenders and are familiar with activities such as cost estimation, coordination with sales, and understanding customer specifications. /li liSince you will be working in an international environment, it is essential that you communicate fluently in English. /li /ul pWillingness to travel: Required up to 10%. /p h3More About Us /h3 pA holistic range of competitive benefit program to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
