As a Platform Engineer, you will own, evolve, and automate our enablement platform and productivity tooling, driving improvements across our CI/CD stack to enable reliable, scalable, and efficient software delivery across the organization. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pYou will contribute to modernizing our delivery platform to support AI‑augmented and agentic development, automation‑first engineering practices, scalable self‑service CI/CD capabilities, reliable build, release, and deployment workflows, and prepare the platform for the next generation of software development. /ppYour focus will be on improving development and delivery workflows, increasing system reliability, reducing friction, and scaling engineering autonomy and productivity across the organization. /ph3Qualifications /h3ulli5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD Engineering, Build Engineering, Release Engineering, or SRE roles /liliStrong hands‑on experience designing, operating, and scaling CI/CD platforms and developer productivity tooling, ideally in large‑scale or multi‑team engineering environments /liliDeep experience with CI systems and platforms such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, reusable workflows, runners, permissions, secrets, and organization‑wide CI standards /liliProven experience improving build and release reliability, pipeline performance, feedback loops, test execution, artifact handling, deployment automation,
