This 360º role will be responsible for translating the brand DNA, values, and campaigns into distinctive, consistent, and commercially effective retail experiences at an international level. /p h3Visual Merchandising Campaign Strategy /h3 ul liDefine and execute the global Visual Merchandising strategy aligned with brand and business objectives. /li liEnsure product launches, storytelling, and campaigns are communicated clearly, impactfully, and consistently at point of sale. /li liThink innovatively and with a digital‑first mindset to keep the brand at the forefront of beauty retail. /li liOptimize the customer journey and path to purchase through layouts, messaging, visuals, and displays that drive conversion, IPT, and customer experience. /li /ul h3Brand Experience Consumer First /h3 ul liEnsure the brand DNA, values, and personality are consistently expressed across all physical touchpoints. /li liReview, evolve, and enhance existing store and VM concepts to continuously elevate the global look feel. /li liIntegrate consumer insights into the design of spaces, visual assets, and in‑store communication. /li /ul h3Retail Design Project Development /h3 ul liLead the development of creative concepts, store designs, displays, and VM elements from ideation to final execution. /li liDevelop and maintain international prototypes, design manuals, architectural standards, and VM guidelines. /li liCoordinate the production of graphic materials, furniture, and displays in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers. /li liEnsure compliance with local and international regulations (building codes, safety, quality, and best practices).
/li /ul h3International Management Stakeholders /h3 ul liCoordinate with international franchisees, local architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure correct implementation of brand standards. /li liSupport supplier selection, contract negotiation, and quality control of fixtures and materials. /li liReview and approve local store designs, ensuring global consistency. /li liConduct visits to factories and points of sale to supervise quality, installations, and post‑installation processes, including maintenance. /li /ul h3Performance Business Management /h3 ul liConsider commercial results, category reports, and best sellers to make VM decisions aligned with business and marketing strategy. /li liEnsure correct availability and visibility of key assortments. /li liManage budgets, timelines, and project planning, ensuring on‑time delivery and cost control. /li /ul h3Leadership, Training Guidelines /h3 ul liDevelop, maintain, and ensure correct application of VM and retail design guidelines. /li liTrain and equip internal teams, local designers, and store teams in VM best practices and brand standards. /li liAct as an internal reference for beauty, retail design, and visual merchandising trends. /li liMaintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the general beauty retail landscape, new technologies, materials, equipment, and design trends. /li liIdentify creative opportunities and agile solutions to operational and commercial challenges. /li /ul h3What we expect from you: /h3 ul liSolid experience in a senior Visual Merchandising,
