As Department Manager, you will own the department’s performance, coaching a client-advisor team to meet store targets. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to grow the client base and develop talent for succession. You’ll lead by example, drive sales, and nurture long-term client relationships. This role sits at the intersection of fashion, culture, and luxury retail, offering a hands-on opportunity to shape team culture and performance in a fast-moving environment.
