ppDescripción del trabajo Experteer Overview As European Payroll Service Delivery Manager, you ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across Europe and act as the main liaison between Ramboll, payroll vendors, HR, Finance, ICT, and other stakeholders. You will own service performance, governance escalations, and continuous improvement, while supporting payroll transformations and country onboarding. You’ll shape payroll service excellence in a global, foundation-owned organization that values people, sustainability, and long-term thinking.
