ph3Director Sourcing, Bags Accessories /h3 pWe are seeking a Director Sourcing, Bags Accessories to lead vendor relationships and sourcing strategy across our Europe supply base. This critical leadership role will shape the foundation of our overseas bags and accessories supply chain and report to the future VP of General Sourcing, Bags and Accessories. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn sourcing strategy and vendor relationships (both first‑party vendors and third‑party vendors) for Europe based Bags and Accessories categories, including: Handbags, Belts, Luggage, Eyewear, Socks, Soft Accessories and Tech Acc. /li liLead vendor onboarding, quality reviews, and commercial negotiations to improve PCOGS and margins /li liDrive operational rigor across the regional supply base: improve lead times, on‑time delivery, and production SLAs /li liIdentify and onboard new vendor partners with scalable capacity, consistent quality, and competitive cost structure /li liVisit vendor partners regularly to build long‑term relationships, troubleshoot issues, and conduct quality reviews /li liPartner cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Planning, and Operations to ensure product launches and replenishment run smoothly /li liEnsure ethical sourcing and compliance standards are upheld across all partners /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li15+ years of Strategic Sourcing or Procurement, or Supplier Management experience operating with major US‑based retailers. /li liDeep set of partner factory connections within category across the Europe region /li liProduct obsessed with experience in leveraging factories/vendor expertise to design, cost engineer, and bring products to market,
