At Tradebe Port Services , part of the Tradebe group , we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our terminal operations team in Barcelona.

We operate a state-of-the-art bulk liquid storage terminal , providing safe and efficient storage and handling of products such as fuels, biofuels, chemicals, and other liquid bulk products in a dynamic port environment.

You will act as the key interface between customers and terminal operations, ensuring smooth coordination of product movements, accurate documentation, and an excellent level of customer service in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Customer Interface

-

- Act as the main point of contact for customers in English and Spanish

- Manage operational requests with a strong focus on responsiveness and service quality

- Monitor service KPIs and customer satisfaction

Operations Coordination

-

- Coordinate inbound and outbound product movements (vessel, truck, pipeline, rail)

- Liaise with terminal operations, logistics providers, and customs agents





- Follow up daily terminal activities to ensure alignment with customer requirements

- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues

Documentation & Systems

-

- Prepare and manage operational documentation (nominations, delivery notes, loading/discharge plans, invoices)

- Ensure accurate data entry into ERP and terminal systems

- Support inventory tracking and reporting

Compliance & Improvement

-

- Support safety, quality, and audit processes

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

- Help ensure compliance with terminal procedures and regulations

- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar

- Experience in logistics, terminal operations, or industrial environments

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving operational context

- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

- Fluent in English and Spanish
