In this role you will protect and manage clients' security infrastructures, ensuring reliable operation and prompt resolution of incidents. You will work within a cross-functional team, handling escalations and providing second-level support to minimize downtime. The position emphasizes proactive monitoring, change execution with risk awareness, and collaboration with automation teams to optimize tasks. This is a fully remote opportunity based in Spain or the Czech Republic, offering growth within a global security-focused organization.

• Monitor and manage work queues to resolve incidents/requests within SLA
• Update tickets with resolution actions
• Investigate issues, log incidents promptly, and document root causes
• Provide second-level security incident support and collaborate with other teams and clients
• Execute changes with risk and mitigation plans and ensure proper approvals
• Follow shift handover procedures and communicate upcoming critical tasks
• Escalate tickets when needed to CoE or management




• Collaborate with automation teams to optimize tasks and automate routine work
• Coordinate with internal and external resolver groups (e.g., Service Provider, TAC)
• Assist L1 Engineers with triage and troubleshooting; lead initial client escalations
• Contribute to change management with detailed change records and maintenance planning
• Audit incidents and requests for quality and knowledge base improvements
• Produce trend analyses to identify automation opportunities and reduce tickets
• Support project work and disaster recovery activities as required
• Perform other related tasks as required

Responsabilidades xqbhyrx
• Moderate experience in managed services handling security infrastructure
• Moderate knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow
• Moderate knowledge of ITIL processes
• Experience working with vendors and third parties
• CCNA certification must; CCNP in Security or PCNSE is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent experience
• Certifications relevant to services supported (additional weight)
